Queensland is a very large state but I assume the uni is in or near Brisbane. The climate there is good, lots of nice people, lots of tourists! It's a clean city, about 2.5 million people I think. Visit Noosa Heads & Fraser Island while you are in QLD. Oh, and use Rainforest Rob's nature walk tour to go in the Mountains if you are in Brisbane.
